well last weekend spent time at the off season camp. it was a good get away from the past couple weeks of hell with exams and such. got to relax and have a few and play with guns what more can you ask for. now its time to get back to being on the bike. heres a few of the pics that were taken

im pretty sure it from the looks of things it will never stop snowing this year. we seem to be getting piss pounded by good ol mother nature up here and she keeps bringing the snow. as for riding lately have had to take time off for exams. but i do think ill be heading into the woods for alil bit this weekend to get a ski in.

Start of sometin beautiful

well today was the first offical SWRCS day. i put in a nice comfy cruise of 1hr 15 min ride on snow packed trails in about 11 degree weather. i also ran into some trouble on the trials today some one decided not have snowmobiles going through this area to get to the highway. they went and cut down every spruce tree that was by the trail and layed em across the trail. what asses. anyways yesterday seemed like a better work out tho even tho it wont count for points due to the fact the windchill was at a nice -5.

1-3 inches of snow

i think ill go for a ride. today was 4 days in a row for me riding out side in sub 30 degree weather. its nice no one is on the trails well except the avid hunter or today it was search rescue bombing down the snowmobile trail. he almost took me out 2x on the way out and on the way back. today was prob. the fastest of the rides. due to the fact at yesterday morn when i rode it was cold and then it got up near 40 and melted some of the soft snow which later froze and became fast. yesterday was fun due to the fact we headed out ot the golf course for a lil cart path session. the new course is full of climbing no wonder why they dont allow you to walk the course. heres a few pics of today ride.

its like xmas but with guns

tomorrow starts the best time of year. thats right its deer season for boom sticks. the only problem is i have classes. im pretty sure it should be illegal for any school to be open during the first week of this great time of year.

Whats alan thinking....

ill tell you what mr. alan "i talk shit" smith is thinking in this picture. Little does he know that this picture was actually taken after the ore to shore 2008. Right after he found out that I just demolished him by a good 10 mins. allen is wondering why he talked so much shit when he cant back it up. so alan when you come up to heaven which is north of the bridge make sure you keep that rubber side down and look out for the beach sand in the 2008 ore to shore. if you get lost while on the trail just look for the dust storm infront of you because thats where ill be. train hard young one!!

The Minority Report

this is true in so many ways........this weekend. well the weekend ended up being great succuess. sat as i arrived to see this huge cx course. it was amazing no single track woods section and lots of hills. i found my competition Wish a mile. we rode aroudn warming up and he figured he was gonna hurt due to the fact during warm up the ol hrm was reading 160 sometin. the gun went off and hte pace was fast and aggressive the whole time. lap time was around 7 10 or so which was a good pace if i coulda kept it up. 4th lap i blew up and found my rhythem again keeping down in the low 7's again. this propeled meinto 11th for the day. we sat around and watched the fast doods in the a's. just looked painful. later on that night we met up with the homeboys at the usually spot RO brewery. Sunday was the same thing as the brosif and i arrived at the course but this time the course was ran backwards and with more people in the field and faster. kept my frist couple laps under 7 mins and was doing good moving through the field put down some herriman style pickin off people. Felt good and hit the wall on the last lap and got passed to either go into 10th or 11th agian today. Great weekend.

Great success

i did pretty well today in the race. i raced killer B's which was hella fast but great. i didnt know how i was gonna hold up with my cold and lack of training. but due to the course being a cx and no woods play in there i did great. i ended up 11th out of 20 or so many droped. more on the report later on.

nottin to report

there was no races this weekend just lots of beers killed. I helped build teh UP CX championship track. looks fun and could get really messy especially if the beer dollar prime happens the first lap. well ill be headed to the dirty dirty this weekend to fend off wish a mile. hopefully my sunday to sunday ride fitness pays off. See all you trolls in a few days

MOOOOSE

As i was traveling back from camp to get to my cross race i was chased!!! not only was i chased i was just about mauled by a moose. All of a sudden this moose comes barreling out of the woods at the side of my car. there were many choice words at this time while also not listening to the lesson of never serve for animal rule. cuz damn this moose was bigger then my car, the legs ended where my thule rack is on top of my car. about a foot away from my car the moose decieded to put on his brakes and veered back into the woods and stared at me for a while as i slammed my car into park and watch my hands shake due to the adrenline rush that i just had.

As for the cross race this weekend it was going good. intil this damn root came out of nowhere and took me right out. i was a little sore from this digger and took a while for me to get going again. but luckley slow ass tim palomaki was behind hurting cuz he raced the b's race before the big boys. Every section id be leaving hed be coming into so after one of these sections i yelled to him that i would wait for him. This was a good time after he caught up. there was a lot of shit talking after he caught up to me and people would try to pass. now i just gotta get my fitness up to have fun at the 2 day. heres some pictures of this weekend.

GUCK

Thats right Guck was shot last weekend while i was at camp. now if you are like most people you are wondering topher what is a GUCK? well i didnt know what guck was either till then. it all started on saturday night as i came out of the woods at pitchblack. i walkin to my buddies cousins camp before i headed down the road to my buddy's camp. he thought i got a deer but this did not happen due to the coyotes callin once again. my buddies cousin then goes well we got one its a guck. as i had a confused look on my face he goes a gay buck. yah this is true story but i wouldnt call it a gay buck id call it the transgender buck. this is because this DOE had 6 point rack!!! thats right a doe with a rack who woulda thought this 6 pointer had no frank and beans!!!
