duluth stage race

Well this was intresting race. I was sick the week before for 3days layed up in bed.
When we left on friday to head to duluth it was the day of the TT. This was only my second time doing one of these damn things. It ended up being ok sitting in mid pack for time.
The next day was a road race. The course consisted of some short griding hills. I followed the wrong wheel going up a hill and didnt notice that the dbag got gaped. I tried to tt around him but i brought along 6 guys with me for awhile not thinking to sit up and make them pull they jumped me with 15 yards to the back of the lead group and i couldnt hold awheel so i got popped.
the next day was the hill in dybo terms hill mudda f'er(childrens ears) this was a nice hill that went for about a .25 of a mile but it was a gradual up hill for awhile intil you reached this. My teammate got in a break in the first 5 miles of the race so i knew what my job was the rest of the day. Time to start blocking and messing up the pacelines. My teammate ended up in 3rd that stage
On monday was the crit. This was a good time it was fast 4 corner crit where you could hold your speed into all the corners. it was a pretty uneventful race. it did get intresting tho when people get a little nervous while riding in a pack like that. I ended up in mid pack for the finish screwed up the last turn going into the final section.
I learned alot from this weekend of racing and ended up finishin 12th.

kentucky waterfall

kentucky waterfall had to be one of the greatest ideas i have come up with. Cone went great for my first race of the year. i thought a few times i was going to get popped due to my legs being sore but stuck in there and end up 5th. Fab is looking dangerous this year.
